Your Own Implant Tooth

Did you know?

Good oral health can help control diabetes and controlling your blood glucose level can improve overall health.

We extracted the lateral incisor, placed an implant fixture that can not be seen here, screwed in a metal temporary abutment, hollowed out the real tooth that was extracted and fit it back into his mouth for a "temporary tooth" while his implant heals to the surrounding bone.

Before: The lower left lateral incisor is hopeless and must be extracted After: The implant is placed after the extraction and the patient's own tooth is placed on a temporary abutment
